The high a couple days ago was in the thirties. Out comes the down comforter. Today’s high was in the seventies, but I’m not taking any chances.

Autumn is my favorite season. Moderation in temperature, crispness outside, coziness inside, stores of freshly harvested food–it’s sweaters, rain boots, blankets, and perfectly-spiced baked goods. My yard is showing signs of turning. Enjoy!
