The camera is back and I’ve started a new project. I tend to start projects and leave it at that rather than finishing them. We’ll see how far I can get with this.
It’s a whiskey decanter with very nice lines. But the bottom portion is tinted yellowish and slightly pearlized to protect the precious alcohol from sun damage I guess.
It makes the bottle ugly.
Step one: prime the bottle.
A vast improvement. Next I’ll spray it with a couple of coats of oil paint. I got the idea from Sweet Paul‘s spring magazine.
